Academy Basics

This is a New Yu-Gi-Oh Academy that is made for people who do not like to use or play against meta decks. This academy will have competitive tournaments and eventually wars against other academy after it has grown to a decent size. People can make their own tournaments or Role Playing Fourms but they must first be Approved by at least one Mod. There is a black list of deck type that are not allowed in duels on this site, you can only use them if the person you duel says you can. Same goes for Tournaments unless the tournament creator says they are allowed.
